At the Orchard Care Group, we are dedicated to providing the best possible care and outcomes for children, young people and adults who access our services. All of our services and facilities are regularly inspected by either HIQA or Tulsa to monitor our compliance with national regulations and standards.
We are very proud that our services have been highly rated during these inspections and that none of our services are rated as non-compliant against any standard.
To ensure that we meet and exceed the required standards we employ a team of quality professionals across our service who work with staff teams to constantly review and enhance the care we provide. The standard of the care we provide is overseen by a dedicated board subcommittee on quality and safety. This committee meets on a regular basis and is chaired by an independent expert in the field and attended by a range of board and staff team members. The focus of the committee is to review and discuss care provision with the aim of providing the best possible outcomes for those accessing our services.
Over the last few years we have been particularly focused on providing services based on a human rights approach to ensure that the individuals we provide services to are empowered in their own futures and choices. We have therefore established a specific committee to oversee the implementation of this approach, and this committee is chaired by an independent expert.
As the leading provider of integrated care services for children, young people and adults, Orchard Care Group brings together three leading brands in Irish social care, Orchard Fostering, Orchard Community Care and Orchard Residential Care.
We’re proud to share our 2025 Impact Report, reflecting a year of growth, progress and meaningful impact across Orchard Care Group.
As our organisation continues to grow, our focus remains firmly on what matters most: supporting children, young people and adults to live safe, meaningful and fulfilling lives. Across Orchard Fostering, Orchard Residential Care and Orchard Community Care, we continue to strengthen our services, develop our people and invest in quality, while ensuring that the individual remains at the centre of every decision.
This report celebrates the people we support, the families, foster carers and communities around them, and the dedicated teams who make a difference every day. It reflects our commitment to growing with purpose, improving with ambition and putting people first.
