Meet the team

In excess of 400 social care professionals work in the services provided by the Orchard Care Group to ensure we provide the best possible care to the people we support. Our staff team is led by the group executive and service leadership teams.

Group Executive Team

Natalya Jackson

Group Chief Executive

Natalya was appointed as the Group Chief Executive of the Orchard Care Group in December 2022.

Natalya has extensive experience in the health and social care sector with over 18 years in Avista, one of the largest voluntary disability providers, where she held a number of senior roles including Director of Human Resources, and more recently Chief Executive Officer.

Natalya has a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Trinity College Dublin and an MBS from the Smurfit Business School.

Shane Donnelly

Group CFO

Shane was appointed as the Group Chief Financial Officer of the Orchard Care Group in July 2021. Prior to joining Orchard Care Group, Shane worked for 10 years in Glen Dimplex in a number of strategic and commercial roles. He began his career in KPMG where he achieved his chartered accountancy qualification. He holds a BA in Accounting and Finance and Masters in Accounting from Dublin City University.

Grainne Ridge

Group Director of Quality

Grainne was appointed as the Group Director of Quality in August 2022. Prior to joining the Orchard Care Group Grainne gained over 20 years’ experience in social care and management roles in the disability and children’s residential sector, including serving as a senior manager in St John of Gods Community Services.

Grainne holds a BA in Applied Social Studies from the Atlantic Technological University and an MSc in Health Services Management from Trinity College Dublin.

Yvonne Brannigan

Group Director of Human Resources

Yvonne was appointed as the Group Director of Human Resources in March 2024. Prior to joining the Orchard Care Group Yvonne gained over 25 years’ experience in a range of sectors including retail, education and health. Her most recent role was as Head of Business Partnering in the Western Health and Social Care Trust in Northern Ireland.

Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Law and an MSc in Human Resources Management from the Manchester Metropolitan University. Yvonne is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Service Leadership Team

Jennifer Sinnott

Managing Director – Orchard Fostering

Jenny joined Orchard Fostering in 2017 as Principal Social Worker. In 2019 Jenny moved into the role of Director of Operations and has since become the Managing Director of the service. Jenny obtained her master’s degree in social work in 2009. Jenny has also worked as a counsellor since 2013 and qualified as a psychotherapist in 2016. Jenny has extensive experience in foster care and is a member of the TUSLA Foster Care Committee in Dublin North City, this committee oversees all issues related to foster carers.

Paul Lonican

Managing Director Orchard Community Care 

Paul Lonican joined Orchard Community Care in 2015 and has had a central role in the development of our disability service. Paul has an in-depth knowledge of health & social care field and has work in this area at all levels, he has over ten years’ experience in management with seven spent working in the disability field. Paul has a BA in Applied Social Studies and other professional training which is specific to the Disability Sector where he is also qualified to deliver Studio 3 (Managing Behavior of Concern).

Paul has recently completed a higher diploma in management at the Irish Management Institute

Concepta Carty

Regional Director of Operations Orchard Community Care (Midlands/ West)

Concepta joined Orchard Community Care in April 2025 having gained 20 years’ experience in disability and social care including most recently as Regional Manager with Rehab.

Concepta has a BA in Applied Social Studies from the Atlantic Technological University and has also completed an MA in Family Support from the National University of Galway. Concepta has also completed an LLM in Disability Law and Policy. Concepta is currently completing a PhD in Trinity College Dublin based on the supports children with intellectual disability receive.

Teresa Quinn

Regional Director of Operations Orchard Community Care

Teresa Quinn joined Orchard Community Care as Regional Director, bringing over 20 years’ experience in health and social care leadership across community care, disability, post-acute care, and rehabilitation settings.

She is a Registered General Nurse (RGN) and Public Health Nurse (PHN) with an MSc in Chronic Disease Management and an MBA in Healthcare Leadership. She is currently completing a Global Nursing Fellowship in Palliative Care at St Christopher’s Hospice.

Roisin Kirwan

Regional Director of Operations Orchard Residential Care

Roisin joined Orchard Community Care in July 2022 with close to 20 years’ experience in mainstream residential services including as Senior Quality Manager with Solis Children’s Services.

Roisin has an MA in Health Psychology from the National University of Galway. Roisin is a member of the Irish Social Care Managers central committee which is a component of the Social Care Ireland organisation.

Pamela Fagan

Independent Chair of the Quality and Safety Subcommittee

Pamela has served as the chair of the board subcommittee since 2021. Pamela is a recognised expert in health and social care quality in Ireland and was a founder of Health Care Informed which is Irelands leading consultancy firm in all aspect of quality and safety in care settings.

Pamela is currently the chair of the National Independent Review Panel on behalf of the Health Service Executive, and she also serves as a guest lecturer for the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) and the WHO.

Pamela holds a BSc from Trinity College Dublin and an MSc in Quality from the RCSI. She has also recently obtained a Barrister- at- Law degree from the Honourable Society of Kings Inn.
